As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) , you’ll work one-on-one with individuals in their homes, helping them regain function, confidence, and quality of life.

What You’ll Do :

Carry out treatment plans developed by a licensed occupational therapist

Help patients regain strength, motor skills, coordination, and daily living capabilities

Document patient progress accurately and communicate changes to the care team

Ensure home environments are safe and conducive to continued improvement

Educate families on techniques to support patient recovery and independence

What You Bring :

Education : Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

Certification : Certified by the American Occupational Therapy Association

Experience : 1+ year of hands-on experience in occupational therapy preferred

Requirements : CPR certification

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Spanish fluency required to serve our diverse patient population

Skills : Compassionate communicator with a collaborative, team-first mindset
