Job descriptionBachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field is required. Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management, including PEMB projects. PMP or equivalent project management certification OSHA 30 certification (required or must be obtained within 90 days) Experience with LEED or sustainable building practices Proven experience managing complex schedules, budgets, and cross-functional teams. Knowledge of environmental regulations, demolition protocols, and construction safety standards. Familiarity with commissioning processes and technical documentation workflows. Proficiency in project management software and CAD software (e.g. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
