Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced BCBA to join our team in providing high-quality behavioral health services. The BCBA will provide clinical oversight for Steady Steps ABA, delivering high-quality services and supporting clients and families through individualized programming.
This role includes supervising BCBAs , behavior technicians , and RBTs, maintaining clinical integrity, ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, and driving outcomes for those we serve.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide clinical oversight and direction for ABA programs, BCBAs , and behavior technicians .
- Supervise and mentor BCBAs , behavior technicians , and RBTs, including training, evaluations, and ongoing support.
- Ensure treatment plans are individualized, data-driven, and aligned with client goals, providing BCBA-level expertise to guide interventions.
- Conduct client assessments and collaborate on program development and updates alongside BCBAs and behavior technicians .
- Maintain compliance with BACB guidelines, HIPAA, and payer requirements.
- Foster a culture of clinical excellence, integrity, and family-centered care, supporting professional growth for behavior technicians and clinicians.
- Collaborate with administrative and leadership teams on strategic growth initiatives and best practices for BCBA supervision.
Qualifications :
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.2+ years of ABA experience, including supervisory or leadership responsibilities.Strong understanding of clinical best practices and regulatory compliance.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Passionate about mentoring staff, including behavior technicians , and advancing client outcomes.Additional Details :
