Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced BCBA to join our team in providing high-quality behavioral health services. The BCBA will provide clinical oversight for Steady Steps ABA, delivering high-quality services and supporting clients and families through individualized programming.

This role includes supervising BCBAs , behavior technicians , and RBTs, maintaining clinical integrity, ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, and driving outcomes for those we serve.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide clinical oversight and direction for ABA programs, BCBAs , and behavior technicians .
• Supervise and mentor BCBAs , behavior technicians , and RBTs, including training, evaluations, and ongoing support.
• Ensure treatment plans are individualized, data-driven, and aligned with client goals, providing BCBA-level expertise to guide interventions.
• Conduct client assessments and collaborate on program development and updates alongside BCBAs and behavior technicians .
• Maintain compliance with BACB guidelines, HIPAA, and payer requirements.
• Foster a culture of clinical excellence, integrity, and family-centered care, supporting professional growth for behavior technicians and clinicians.
• Collaborate with administrative and leadership teams on strategic growth initiatives and best practices for BCBA supervision.
