The Engineer Leader 2 (EL2) leads and manages projects / programs while building client trust and validating a world class solution. The EL2 leads engineering best practices across most disciplines and has applied experience with coaching and mentoring concepts and methods.

This position requires expertise in Allen-Bradley PLC and / or Ignition SCADA. Data Center experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Applied knowledge and experience in developing and maintaining strong trusting relationships.
• Leading complex technical discussions, projects, and / or programs.
• Validating world class technical solutions on projects.
• Ensuring engineering best practices are followed across multiple engineering and solution disciplines.
• Managing all technical risk on a project.
• Leading and managing engineering teams on a project
• Leading multiple engineering disciplines to develop new and upcoming engineers and technical experts.
• Preparing and presenting client-specific solutions.
• Leading the development and maintenance of project artifacts that are required to ensure success for a project.
• Identifying, recommending, and implementing work process improvements.
• Reviewing all technical project details before implementation.
• Leading and managing the integration of data from multiple company systems and analyzing the data to draw insights on project technical solution.
• Ensuring all safety regulations are adhered to and issues identified and resolved.
• Maintaining a positive, assertive relationship with all project personnel to achieve project milestones and overall project success.
