Job Description

Job Title : Physical Therapist

Job Specialty : Physical Therapy

Job Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 8-hour days, Tuesday through Saturday, with an hour lunch. Day shift from 0730 to 1630. Saturday is in-patient only, typically about 2.5 hours of work.

Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week

Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience

License : Yes, willing to wait

Certifications : BLS required

Must-Have : Experience in both outpatient and inpatient care

Job Description :

• The position involves 90% outpatient care and 10% inpatient care.
• Candidates will be pre-screened by the clinical team and undergo a second interview by managers.
• Expected to work in a post-acute care setting.
• Utilization of the Cerner charting system for documentation.
• Required to work holidays and weekends as needed, with every other weekend rotation.
• Flexible and willing to float as needed.
• Hospital has the right to cancel up to 4 shifts during the 13-week assignment.
• Ideal for someone skilled in providing thorough patient evaluations and developing effective treatment plans.
• Orientation consists of 12 hours.
