Family Nurse Practitioner

Community of Hope is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive, high-quality primary and preventive healthcare services to individuals and families across the lifespan.  You'll work closely with our physicians, nurses and other care team members, providing team-based clinical care to patients, emphasizing health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic and acute conditions.

This position is located at our Conway Health and Resource Center in SW, Washington, DC and our Family Health and Birth Center in NE, Washington, DC.
