Senior Program Manager

Celestar Corporation is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) under the G3X / G2X Global Counterintelligence & Human Intelligence Analysis and Support Contract. Period of Performance : 1 Base Year + 4 Option Years

Responsibilities :

• The PM manages project operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and that proper relationships are established between customers.
• Responsible for cost, schedule, performance and risk identification / mitigation on projects including but not limited to systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities and other activities.
• Coordinates resolutions to production-related problems.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency.
• Must have knowledge and experience with Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) related to their duties.
• Must be able to perform other duties, responsibilities, and activities as needed.
• Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination with No Deception Indicated (NDI) on a pre-appointment and periodic basis.
