Shift : Days, 8 hours / day, Monday–Friday (variable schedule, 40-hour guarantee)

Weekend / On-Call Requirements : None

Overview :

HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Travel Physical Therapist for an outpatient clinic in Springfield, VT. The PT will provide individualized rehabilitation programs, combining advanced hands-on techniques with patient education, for a wide range of orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions.

Responsibilities :

Evaluate, plan, and implement physical therapy programs tailored to each patient’s needs.

Provide hands-on therapy, gait and balance training, fall prevention, and rehabilitation for orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions.

Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and self-management techniques.

Collaborate with PTAs and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Document all treatments and patient progress in CPSI EMR (experience highly preferred).

Manage a patient load averaging 8 / day Monday–Thursday and 6 / day on Friday.

Qualifications :

Graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.

Minimum 2 years of current PT experience required; new graduates will not be considered.

Previous outpatient rehabilitation experience required.

Previous travel experience required (minimum 3 months).

BLS certification required.

Experience working with PTAs preferred.

CPSI EMR experience highly preferred.

Patient Population Includes :

Orthopedic and sports injuries

Gait and balance training, fractures, sprains, dislocations

Musculoskeletal dysfunctions, neck and back pain

Neurological disorders (stroke, Parkinson’s)

Bone and joint diseases, hand injuries, workplace injuries

Pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence

Pulmonary rehabilitation
