Job Description :

As an RN in our dedicated IV Therapy Unit, you’ll play a critical role in providing safe, efficient, and child-centered intravenous access and infusion services. Our team supports patients from neonatal to adolescent age groups, including those in critical care, oncology, surgical recovery, and general pediatrics.

Registered Nurse – IV Therapy Unit

Join our compassionate and highly skilled IV Therapy team at Primary Children's Hospital, where we specialize in delivering expert vascular access care to pediatric patients across all units.

What You’ll Do :

• Perform peripheral line insertions, lab draws, help with PICC placements, using ultrasound guidance when appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess vascular access needs and develop individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families on IV therapy procedures and maintenance
• Respond to urgent vascular access consults across inpatient units
• Maintain strict infection control protocols and documentation standards
• Central line dressing changes

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

$34.53 - $52.25
