The Procurement Analyst is responsible for all aspects of purchase agreement administration, including preparation of Request for Quotes (RFQs), negotiating terms, and creating / issuing / maintaining purchase orders. Monitor and help to strengthen and maintain a strong supply chain in the areas of quality, delivery, and cost control. Responsible for reviewing, processing and monitoring IT invoices in coordination with IT Finance for payment against Purchase Orders. Demonstrate customer-oriented behavior to solve issues is required for this position, as highly degree of motivation, and organization with minimum supervision.
What You'll Do
Responsible for performing purchasing tasks for IT purchases, including but not limited to : a) creation of purchase orders for approved requisitions; b) order confirmations; c) confirms receipt of ordered items / services; d) requests quotes and; e) reconciling invoicing issues by tracking payments against PO's and budget verificationsIssue purchase orders and provide backup coverage for other procurement team members.Adds / maintains approved vendor accounts in system. Ensure timely delivery of goods to locations.Partners with IT Finance and A / P to troubleshoot and resolve invoice issues / discrepancies, while closing completed PO's.Updates missing Workday payment information in ServiceNow (i.e. system error / change requests, no-PO referenced, data flow errors, etc.)Updates POs with status in ServiceNow for future reference. Performs UAT for ServiceNow Procurement, makes recommendations leading to procedural and systematic enhancements, upkeep of training / SOP documents, and trains in system utilization.Ensure adherence to proper internal controls and interface with key internal customers and external vendors as part of daily responsibilities.Qualifications
2 years of progressive, relevant procurement experience (Associate degree preferred).Ability to coordinate and consult with internal customers regarding purchase requirements; evaluation of sources; recommendation and / or selection of least-cost suppliers consistent with considerations regarding quality, source reliability, supply versus demand.Experience working in a purchasing system (ServiceNow preferred).Experience working in an IT Ticketing system, a plus.Strong customer service skills and focus, strong oral and written communication skills, strong collaboration skills, and detail oriented.Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is $50,000-$65,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills and experience.
