The responsibilities of this role include:

-scheduling meetings with clients

-preparing options for clients needs

-conducting client meetings most often virtually

-closing sales and providing follow up with carriers and clients

-continously developing your knowledge and skills

-engagement in our meetings

-collaboration with other agents/mentors

-tracking business data and metrics

This role offers high compensation on a commission only basis. There is no guaranteed salary.

Income range: $80-$120k/yr Full Time/$40-80K/yr- Part-Time

1st yr compensation Part Time: 1-2 sales/wk $500-1k ($25-$50k/yr)

Average 3-5 sales/wk $1,500-$2500 ($75-$125k/yr)

Above Average: 6-8 sales/wk: $3-4k ($175-$220k/yr)

with significant growth in future years and ownership opportunities.
