FULL TIME / PART TIME

We partner with over 70 insurance carriers and financial services providing best-in-industry options for our agents and our clients. The many advantages to this position include : working a flexible schedule, defining your own career path, and no cold calling or door-to-door sales. You will only serve clients that have already requested our services via our industry-leading marketing program.

The responsibilities of this role include :

  • scheduling meetings with clients
  • preparing options for clients needs
  • conducting client meetings most often virtually
  • closing sales and providing follow up with carriers and clients
  • continously developing your knowledge and skills
  • engagement in our meetings
  • collaboration with other agents / mentors
  • tracking business data and metrics

This role offers high compensation on a commission only basis. There is no guaranteed salary.

Income range : $80-$120k / yr Full Time / $40-80K / yr- Part-Time

1st yr compensation Part Time : 1-2 sales / wk $500-1k ($25-$50k / yr)

Average 3-5 sales / wk $1,500-$2500 ($75-$125k / yr)

Above Average : 6-8 sales / wk : $3-4k ($175-$220k / yr)

with significant growth in future years and ownership opportunities.

  • Results are above-average and not guaranteed.  Your level of success will be determined by several factors, including the amount of work you put in, your ability to successfully follow and implement our training and sales system, and the insurance needs of our customers in the geographic areas in which you choose to work.
