A company is looking for a Flex Benefits Customer Support Specialist (HSA / HRA / FSA) - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to participant and client inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and accuracy
Assist with questions related to eligibility, claims, reimbursements, and account details
Accurately process account transactions, claims, and updates
Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
1-3 years of customer service experience required; experience with IRS Section 125 benefit plans preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience in benefits administration, insurance, or financial services strongly preferred
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
