Description :

The Packaging Operator will learn company and customer specifications to ensure soybean orders are completed in a timely manner. Attention to detail is very important. Cross training in other areas of the plant will also be a part of this position. Training will be provided. We offer competitive wages and a great work environment.

Requirements :

• Willingness to learn and ability to offer suggestions.
• Ability to perform work activities safely from different platform heights.
• Lifting and stacking as needed up to 65 lbs.
• Standing to fill and close packaging for extended periods of time.
• Successfully be able to to complete forklift training and receive an operator's license.
• Thoroughly be able to clean equipment to ensure product integrity.
