About the Role

We are on the lookout for an experienced Vice President and Chief Security Officer (CISO) to take on a pivotal role in shaping and executing a robust cybersecurity strategy. In this role, you will not only enhance our security posture but also promote a culture of security within our operational and product development teams. Your expertise in compliance and regulatory frameworks will be crucial as you assess technical risks and align them with business impacts, ensuring we maintain continuous compliance. You will lead the establishment of a dynamic and resilient security organization that aligns with our growth objectives and builds trust with our customers and partners.

To be successful in this position, candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, while a Master’s degree and well-recognized security certifications are preferred. You should have at least 10 years of experience in information security, risk management, or IT leadership, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior security role. A successful history of building enterprise security programs, managing substantial security budgets, and leading incident response in complex environments is essential. Experience with hybrid cloud, SaaS, colocation, or data centers, as well as familiarity with regulated industries, will be highly regarded. Exceptional executive presence, strong communication skills across various stakeholders, and a commitment to empowering our business to innovate securely are crucial for this role.
