We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Manager of Indirect Sourcing to lead sourcing initiatives across a broad range of indirect categories including professional services, IT, facilities, marketing, and more. This role is critical to optimizing supplier performance, driving cost savings, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies. The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of leadership experience in procurement or sourcing, preferably within the medical device or life sciences industry .

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of sourcing professionals focused on indirect categories.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives and global procurement policies.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and contract execution to ensure optimal value and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, IT, HR, and other departments to understand needs and align sourcing strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement in sourcing processes, tools, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for innovation and cost reduction.
