Director Of Human Resources
The Director Of Human Resources will serve as a strategic leader and partner across the organization, providing vision, leadership, and direction for all HR functions. This role is responsible for developing and executing human capital strategies that support our business goals, drive employee engagement, and ensure a high-performance culture.
Key responsibilities include :
- Leading, developing, and managing a high-performing HR team across multiple HR disciplines.
- Partnering with SVP of HR to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
- Partnering with HR field teams across the U.S.
- Supporting enterprise-wide initiatives to improve workforce planning.
- Overseeing change management strategies that support organizational transformation and employee experience.
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations across jurisdictions.
- Leveraging HR data and analytics to inform decisions, measure effectiveness of initiatives, and identify trends.
- Guiding and enhancing performance management systems and employee engagement strategies to ensure organizational health.
- Providing HR expertise and support to the Company's M&A initiatives.
- Building strong relationships across the organization to foster trust, collaboration, and effective communication.
- Additional job duties as assigned.
Qualifications include :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred).PHR or SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP.A minimum of 10 to 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior strategic role in a large organization (7,000+ employees).Deep knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, compliance, and organizational development.Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong business acumen and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making.Location : This position is primarily on-site at our headquarters located at : 9780 Pyramid Court, Englewood, CO 80112.
Regular in-person attendance is required Monday through Thursday.Friday is an optional remote workday.Physical requirements include :
Travel requirement : 25%.Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift 15 pounds.Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's headquarters.Min Salary : USD $160,000.00 / Yr.
Max Salary : USD $215,000.00 / Yr.
