• Both Inpatient / Outpatient settings
• Lab and X-ray on site
• Clinic Schedule Monday - Friday
• Approx. 20 patients / day
• No Weekend Clinic requirements
• Clinic Call Requirements only via Telephone
• EMR : Epic
