Job Title : Fine Cabinet Sales Manager

Job Overview : The Cabinet Sales Manager will oversee and manage the sales of cabinets, lead a sales team, and develop strong relationships with clients. They will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining a strong understanding of industry trends and competitor offerings.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Strategy & Execution :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets for revenue and profitability.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the company’s product offerings, including cabinets and related products.
Team Management :
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals.Conduct regular team meetings to monitor progress, address issues, and provide guidance.Monitor performance metrics, provide feedback, and implement development plans for the sales team.Customer Relationship Management :
Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently.Lead presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with clients to close dealsMarket Development :
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by targeting prospective customers and markets.Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns.Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s products.Reporting & Analysis :
Track and report on sales performance and market trends to senior management.Prepare forecasts, budgets, and reports detailing key sales metrics and pipeline health.Use CRM tools to manage client interactions and sales data.Product Knowledge :
Stay up to date with product specifications, industry trends, and competitor offerings.Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure product alignment with market demands.Qualifications :
Experience :Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cabinet sales or a related industry.Proven track record in sales leadership and team management.Strong understanding of the cabinetry or home improvement industry.Skills :Excellent leadership and team management abilities.Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Personal Attributes :
