Job Title : Fine Cabinet Sales Manager

Department : Sales

Job Overview : The Cabinet Sales Manager will oversee and manage the sales of cabinets, lead a sales team, and develop strong relationships with clients. They will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining a strong understanding of industry trends and competitor offerings.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Strategy & Execution :

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets for revenue and profitability.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the company’s product offerings, including cabinets and related products.

Team Management :

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to monitor progress, address issues, and provide guidance.
  • Monitor performance metrics, provide feedback, and implement development plans for the sales team.
  • Customer Relationship Management :

  • Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Lead presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with clients to close deals
  • Market Development :

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by targeting prospective customers and markets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s products.
  • Reporting & Analysis :

  • Track and report on sales performance and market trends to senior management.
  • Prepare forecasts, budgets, and reports detailing key sales metrics and pipeline health.
  • Use CRM tools to manage client interactions and sales data.
  • Product Knowledge :

  • Stay up to date with product specifications, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure product alignment with market demands.
  • Qualifications :

  • Experience :
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cabinet sales or a related industry.
  • Proven track record in sales leadership and team management.
  • Strong understanding of the cabinetry or home improvement industry.
  • Skills :
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
