We’re inviting a hands-on Manual Lathe Machinist to bring craftsmanship, safety, and accuracy to our production floor.

A Day in the Role

You arrive to a clean, organized work area and a clear production plan. You review customer specs and standard operating procedures, set up a manual engine lathe, and verify dimensions with calipers and micrometers . You handle materials with hoists and cranes , follow safety protocols, and collaborate with teammates to ensure every roller meets our quality standards. By day’s end, your work is consistent, precise, and production goals are met.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate manual engine lathes to produce rubber roller components
• Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers) to validate tight tolerances
• Read and interpret SOPs and customer specifications
• Follow established safety and manufacturing procedures
• Safely move materials with hoists and cranes
• Partner with production team members to meet and maintain quality standards
• Deliver consistent, high-quality output
