ID : 71942205 Shift : 10H Night Description : Requisition Comments and REQUIRED AT TIME OF SUBMISSION. flu required prior to start season starts 09 / 02, medical exemptions accepted- 10H Nights(70H BIWEEKLY) 9p-7a 7on / 7off Thursday (Thursday eve into Friday Morning) to Wednesday (Wednesday eve into Thursday Morning) - MA license will be required, 5 years inpatient experience required - Inpatient experience, IV room experience, EPIC Willow / Beacon Experience, ICU experience NO local travelers will be accepted (cannot reside within 50 mi from the facility) - Orientation is weekly (every Monday barring a holiday) NM to interview and offer Please provide dates and times available for interview at time of submission ALL RTO REQUESTS MUST BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF SUB - Travelers who have worked for Beth Israel Lahey Health as perm or per diem within the last 6 months - MUST be separated from facility for 6 months to be consideredFloat Required : No Guaranteed Hours : Contract Weeks : 91
