Business Development Executive

Position Overview

We are looking for a visionary Hotel Business Development Executive with an established track record and a strong network in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will leverage their existing client relationships and industry expertise to drive company growth and establish PAH as a trusted provider of management solutions. This is a unique opportunity to lead the expansion and leave a lasting impact in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion : Identify and secure new opportunities with key stakeholders, including hotel developers and owners.
  • Sales Leadership : Drive the complete sales process, from lead generation and client acquisition to contract negotiation and deal closure.
  • Relationship Building : Cultivate long-term partnerships using your existing book of contacts, while expanding PAH’s presence in the hospitality industry.
  • Custom Solutions : Collaborate with internal teams to create tailor-made products that align with client needs and project requirements.
  • Industry Presence : Represent PAH at major industry events, trade shows, and conferences to increase visibility and strengthen brand recognition.
  • Market Insights : Analyze trends, monitor competitor activity, and gather client feedback to continuously refine product offerings and sales strategies.
  • Company Growth : Develop strategic plans and execute initiatives that consistently meet or exceed growth targets and company objectives.

Candidate Evaluation

  • Examples of your existing book of sales or established client relationships in the hospitality industry.
  • Your role and level of involvement with select service hotels
  • Participation in trade shows, industry events, or conferences to promote products.
  • Experience delivering custom solutions for the hospitality sector and details of similar projects.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events.
  • Strategies you’ve used to grow a product line or establish a brand in the hospitality market.
  • Examples of negotiating and closing large-scale contracts with hospitality clients.
  • Your motivation and what drives you to excel in a sales-driven, client-focused role.
  • Qualifications

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Industry Experience : Established book of sales with strong connections in the hospitality sector.
  • Track Record : 5+ years in business development or sales with proven success in driving revenue growth and building long-term client relationships.
  • Expertise : Familiarity with custom product solutions for the hospitality sector is highly desirable.
  • Soft Skills : Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Travel Readiness : Willingness to travel frequently to build client relationships and represent PAH.
