Role Summary :
The Marketing Coordinator supports Kleenmark's growing Sales and Marketing Strategy team by executing integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This role will manage day-to-day marketing operations including but not limited to digital & social media campaigns, event support, website updates, and content coordination.
Job Responsibilities :
Campaign Execution
- Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns across email and social media
- Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
- Support campaign reporting and performance tracking to measure engagement and ROI
Event Coordination
Assist with logistics and promotion of all marketing eventsCoordinate vendor relationships, sponsorship details, and event collateralSupport post-event follow up campaignsNetworking and Brand Engagement
Support the planning and execution of local networking initiatives, trade shows, and community outreach eventsManage and update the events calendarMaintain brand consistency across all digital and physical touchpointsCoordinate with internal departments to capture stories, case studies, and marketing winsWebsite
Write and edit copy for website pages, news updates, and promotional contentMonitor the website regularly to identify outdated content, broken links or areas for improvementSupport ongoing website updates to ensure content, imagery, and messaging are aligned with brand standards.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field OR years of experienceTwo to four years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or service-based industriesProficiency in CRM and marketing automation toolsStrong organizational skills and high attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyExperience with event planning, copywriting, or basic design tools such as Canva or Adobe is a plusAdditional Information / Benefits
