Required Skills: - Valid RN license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 2+ years of specialized nursing experience
- Certification in clinical specialties such as Da Vinci Robotics, Mako Robotics, Neuro Spine, Orthopedics, General Surgery, GYN, Ophthalmology, ENT, Podiatry, Vascular, or Plastics
- Proficiency in utilizing the Nursing Process for patient assessment and care planning
- Strong organizational, time management, and delegation skills
- Good judgment, interpersonal skills, and cultural sensitivity
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate within interdisciplinary teams
Nice to Have Skills: - Experience working with robotic surgical technologies beyond Da Vinci and Mako systems
- Additional certifications or training in advanced perioperative care
- Previous experience in multi-specialty surgical units
Preferred Education and Experience: - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Prior experience in neuro, spine, orthopedic, general surgery, or specialized surgical procedures
- Familiarity with current federal, state, and local healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
Other Requirements: - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Physical ability to perform heavy work, including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work in a healthcare environment with exposure to blood, body fluids, and potential communicable diseases
- Availability to work the full shift, or as specified (please note, this position is for a 0-hour shift, with flexible scheduling options)
This role offers an hourly pay rate of $61.10, complemented by competitive benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage (W-2), paid sick leave, and travel or licensure reimbursements when applicable.
