Join Our Team as an RN - Operating Room (OR) Specialist

Required Skills:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice
• Minimum of 2+ years of specialized nursing experience
• Certification in clinical specialties such as Da Vinci Robotics, Mako Robotics, Neuro Spine, Orthopedics, General Surgery, GYN, Ophthalmology, ENT, Podiatry, Vascular, or Plastics
• Proficiency in utilizing the Nursing Process for patient assessment and care planning
• Strong organizational, time management, and delegation skills
• Good judgment, interpersonal skills, and cultural sensitivity
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate within interdisciplinary teams

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working with robotic surgical technologies beyond Da Vinci and Mako systems
• Additional certifications or training in advanced perioperative care
• Previous experience in multi-specialty surgical units

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Prior experience in neuro, spine, orthopedic, general surgery, or specialized surgical procedures
• Familiarity with current federal, state, and local healthcare regulations and accreditation standards

Other Requirements:

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Physical ability to perform heavy work, including lifting up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work in a healthcare environment with exposure to blood, body fluids, and potential communicable diseases
• Availability to work the full shift, or as specified (please note, this position is for a 0-hour shift, with flexible scheduling options)

This role offers an hourly pay rate of $61.10, complemented by competitive benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage (W-2), paid sick leave, and travel or licensure reimbursements when applicable.
