Overview
Commercial Insurance Account Manager - Aviation. Account Manager in the Aviation department focused on servicing assigned clients and supporting carrier relationships.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain key client and carrier relationships.
- Assist assigned clients and teammates with service questions related to administration, billing and problem solving.
- Handle day-to-day servicing needs including policy checking, certificate issuance, invoicing and other incoming client requests.
- Participate in the renewal process for assigned clients, including preparing renewal documents, reviewing carrier quotes and delivering forms to clients.
- Attend classes and carrier meetings to stay up-to-date on products and relevant industry developments.
- Participate in other projects as needed.
