Assistant Director - IGNITE Program

The YMCA of Greater Richmond is looking for a positive role model to supervise and engage with middle schoolers and assist in site oversight at our IGNITE Programs within the Richmond area at Albert Hill, Boushall, and Henderson Middle School. This part time position starts at $17.00 per hour.

DUTIES

Responsibilities include but are not limited to supervision of a group of Middle school aged children, along with day-to-day operations of this school-based program (management of PT staff, lesson planning, and parent engagement).

Applicants should have a minimum of six months of childcare experience, preferably middle school aged
