As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment for all personnel and visitors. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide exceptional customer service and clear communication. You will conduct routine patrols, assist with access control, and respond to situations as they arise. Pay Rate : $14.68 / Hour

Job Schedule : DayTimeWed03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PMThur03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PMFri03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the food and beverage production location.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following protocols specific to the food and beverage environment.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.
  • Monitor access points and observe for any irregularities or potential hazards within the production and storage areas.
  • Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal protocols.
  • Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns specific to the food and beverage industry.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred.
  • Experience with x-ray screening is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
