Position Details

• Sign-on bonus : up to $5000.00 for eligible applicants
• Department Location : Washington Fields Clinic, Washington, UT
• Scheduled Weekly Hours : 40 hours, full-time
• Shift : Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

$29.14 - $44.94
