Credit Products Specialized Industries Associate
At Regions, the Credit Products Specialized Industries Associate supports Credit Products Specialized Industries Managers in identifying and mitigating risks in existing and proposed credit products. As a member of the First Line of Defense, the individual will analyze new commercial credit opportunities, underwrite new or renewed credit exposure, and manage a portfolio of loans and other credit relationships in conjunction with a manager.
Primary Responsibilities :
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. This position is incentive eligible.

Skills and Competencies :
This position supports the Counterparty Risk function and does not underwrite direct lending credit products. This role partners with a wide variety of internal clients across the bank to underwrite, establish limits, and monitor exposures to bank and non-bank financial institutions along with foreign country exposures.
This position will provide coverage to a portfolio Medium and Small Financial Institutions, including Banks, Broker Dealers, Central Clearing Counterparties, Insurance Companies, and Government Sponsored Entities. Specific Life Insurance and P&C insurance knowledge is plus. Provide coverage of foreign country risk generated by financial institutions and other corporate lending.
This position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.

As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job. The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

Minimum : $96,299.86 USD
Median : $125,727.00 USD
Incentive Pay Plans :
This role is eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive plan. Employees have the potential to receive a discretionary award based on performance against defined metrics and goals.
