You will collaborate with various medical disciplines and provide essential care to patients. Responsibilities include performing admission visits, determining eligibility for home care services, and developing personalized care plans.\n\nQualifications : \n
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (diploma, Associate, or Bachelor's degree).\n
• Valid state license as a Registered Nurse.\n
• Current state Driver's License.\n
• Minimum one year of RN experience; two years preferred.\n
• Current CPR certification and Hepatitis consent / declination proof.\n
