Collaborate with Process Engineer & Chief Manufacturing Engineer on part quality requirements.Assist in creating work instructions, quality plans, and training documents for manufacturing and quality.Aid in preparing accurate cost analyses and delivery time forecasts for quotations.Make decisions on new production quotes and product line expansions.Work with Chief Manufacturing Engineer to enhance manufacturing throughput, profit margins, and efficiency.Collaborate with manufacturing, quality & engineering to reduce non-conforming material.Assist manufacturing department in process development.Participate in identifying strategic processes, skills, and implementing related processes, procedures, and training.Education, Skills, and Experience :
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Optical Engineering with 8 years related experience
- Ability to provide feedback to drive employee behaviors.
- Capability to handle abstract and concrete variables effectively.
