Lead structured practices Provide positive feedback, guidance, and encouragement Individualize practices to suit each childs abilities Communicate with parents / guardians Follow all health and safety guidelines Assist with all administrative matters relating to the team Field set up and breakdown Bilingual Spanish & English mandatory or any other bilingual languages preferred Previous experience coaching children / students is preferred Volleyball knowledge preferred Comfortable with speaking to and educating parents Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics is preferred but not required Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills

In this role, you will design and lead age-appropriate practices and drills, offer guidance and mentorship, and assist with team administration. You will also help set up fields and take down.
