• A Bachelor of Science Degree or Associate Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university or technical college
• 2 - 5+ years of related experience in civil engineering, transportation (construction)
• Wisconsin Professional Engineer (PE) (preferred)
• Knowledge in WisDOT Standard Specifications, HCTP material certifications, and FDM, roadway plans and specifications
• The ability to contribute to the management and inspection of road and bridge construction or design projects
• The legal authorization to work permanently, without time limitations, restrictions, or need for work sponsorship in the United States
