Locations : Bellevue, Portland, and Seattle

Position : Real Estate Associate Attorney – Junior to Midlevel

Direct Counsel is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join a national law firm with offices across major U.S. cities. This position is open in multiple offices, including Anchorage, Bellevue, Chicago, Culver City, Los Angeles, New York, Portland, Richmond, Seattle, and Washington DC.

The firm’s Real Property Practice Group is looking for a transactional real estate associate attorney with at least two years of experience in commercial real estate transactions. Relevant experience includes :

Acquisitions and sales

Dispositions

Commercial leasing

Real property secured financing

Real estate joint ventures

Land development projects

A strong interest or demonstrated experience in lender-side real estate financing is preferred. Candidates should have :

Solid title, survey, and due diligence skills

A track record of managing closings

The ability to collaborate with paralegals and remote team members

Prior law firm experience and a commitment to thriving in a collaborative legal environment

This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated and confident attorney who can manage matters independently and contribute meaningfully to complex transactions across the firm’s client base. Candidates must be team-oriented but capable of managing multiple responsibilities across supervising attorneys.

Compensation & Benefits :

Salary range (WA, CA, NY) : $215,000 – $330,000 (commensurate with experience)
