Bowdoin College is seeking a reliable and service-oriented Shuttle Driver to provide on-demand transportation for students within the Brunswick area. Operating a 7-passenger van, the driver will deliver safe, friendly, and timely service. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean vehicle, operating a radio communication device, and completing daily and weekly reports.

Compensation : The pay rate for this position is $18.00 per hour, and this position is eligible for shift and weekend pay differentials.

Education / Skills Requirements :

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's or Vocational / Technical training preferred
• A valid Driver's license and the ability to meet the requirements of the College's current Motor Vehicle Use Policy required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and act effectively in emergency or high-pressure situations
• Strong time management skills with a keen attention to detail
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook
