Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent education and related training.Eight years of relevant accounting or finance experience that includes complex financial analysis.Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.Proactive in completing tasks and producing deliverables.Sound and comprehensive understanding of business and organizational strategies and processes.Ability to build consensus through communication and presentation of factual and relevant information.Strong verbal and written communication skills to interpret and communicate financial analysis to business partners in a concise and useful manner.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
