We’re looking for an inspiring Real Estate Sales Manager who’s passionate about developing people, driving results, and building a legacy of excellence. As the leader of our Buyer Specialists and Showing Assistants , you will :

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a top-producing sales team.
  • Foster accountability and continuous improvement through one-on-one coaching and regular team meetings.
  • Create growth pathways that empower agents to exceed both their personal and professional goals.
  • Drive lead conversion, pipeline management, and productivity across the team.
  • Model the mindset, habits, and discipline of a high-performing agent.

Compensation :

$40,000 Salary + Bonus

Responsibilities :

  • Set individual sales targets with sales team
  • Achieve objectives through effective planning, sales goals, data analysis on past performance, and future performance projections
  • Monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends
  • Help agents create and practice their sales scripts
  • Motivate, teach and train agents, as well as hire and nurture new talent

    • Qualifications :

  • Problem analysis and problem-solving
  • Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy
  • Strong technology background with the ability to learn and master new software
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management
  • Team leadership ability
