Responsibilities
Client Interaction : Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients, providing insightful and personalized insurance solutions.
Sales Quotas : Drive insurance sales by actively sourcing and closing new business, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Consulting : Assess clients' insurance needs and offer tailored recommendations to best protect their interests and assets.
Cross-selling : Identify opportunities for additional coverage and present these options to clients, enhancing their overall insurance protection.
Documentation : Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all sales activities and client interactions within our CRM system.
Market Awareness : Stay informed of the latest developments and trends in the insurance industry to better serve our clients and enhance sales strategies.
Requirements
Licensing : Active North Carolina Property & Casualty License is required.
Experience : Preferably 1-2 years of experience in insurance sales Preferred Allstate experience.
Communication Skills : Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage professionally with clients.
Customer Service : A strong desire to provide excellent client service and achieve high client satisfaction.
Self-Motivated : Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting while maintaining motivation and productivity.
Interpersonal Skills : Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive client relationships.
Technological Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools is beneficial.
