Key Responsibilities
Partner with senior sales leaders to ensure a seamless hiring and onboarding experience for new producers
Coordinate interview logistics, produce offer documents, and track hiring metrics
Act as the primary point of contact for new hires, facilitating onboarding milestones and communication
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, or administration
Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) is preferred
Minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience required
Experience working within a sales organization is preferred
