Overview

KTH Parts Industries, Inc. in St. Paris, Ohio, has an immediate opening for a Product Development – Guest Engineer position on 1st shift. The Product Development – Guest Engineer is a central component in our team environment, responsible for confirming the manufacturability of products our customers request. We are looking for qualified candidates who have relevant experience in automotive stamped frame components, who prioritize continuous improvement, and exhibit a strong work ethic. Job Responsibilities

• Liaison with our customers and internal manufacturing experts for confirmation of product requirements and manufacturability
• Confirm that defined manufacturing processes can achieve internal manufacturing standards and customer requirements
• Review results with Team Leader and Manufacturing Expert Leads to develop possible countermeasures or approve process plan results
• Modify part data designs to display countermeasure proposals using 3D CAD surfacing
• Perform project management skills for schedules, resources, budgets, tracking, and reporting
• Ability to interact and provide mentorship and team building through work habits, communication, and the sharing of knowledge and expertise; expand and maintain technical expertise through formal and on-the-job training opportunities
• Completes other duties as assigned
