About the Role

The Company is eager to welcome a Senior Risk Management Executive to its leadership team. This pivotal role will involve establishing and leading a comprehensive risk management framework that aligns with the company's strategic vision. You will chair the risk management committee, define the risk appetite, and cultivate a robust risk culture across all levels of the organization.

As the Senior Risk Management Executive, you will bring a critical perspective to all risk-related activities, support the first line of defense in risk management, and oversee the second line of defense across various risk categories. A key responsibility will be the development and execution of a strong Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering program. You will collaborate closely with business, technology, security, vendor, and audit teams to effectively manage and mitigate risks.

We are looking for candidates who possess a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting, with advanced qualifications and relevant certifications being highly regarded. A rich background of at least 20 years in risk management, finance, banking, regulatory governance, or compliance is essential, along with a strong record of executive leadership.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate extensive knowledge in risk program design and execution, particularly in banking and regulatory relations, along with technical expertise in BSA / AML program requirements. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are crucial, as is the ability to juggle multiple priorities, lead a team, and collaborate effectively across the organization to achieve outstanding results.

This role necessitates a strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as a proven capacity for adopting new technologies readily.
