Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP)
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant (VA) to provide remote operational support for DSP owners. This role focuses on administrative, scheduling, compliance, and communication tasks that keep DSP operations running efficiently and help owners maintain high performance standards.
Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment Assistance Post job openings on job boards and social media platforms. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on defined hiring criteria. Conduct initial outreach and over-the-phone screening for qualified applicants. Schedule and coordinate in-person or virtual interviews with hiring managers. Maintain accurate candidate tracking through platforms like Fountain or Smart Recruiter. Assist in background checks, MVR checks, and drug test coordination. Manage recruitment dashboards and provide regular hiring progress reports.
Onboarding & Training Coordination Prepare and distribute onboarding materials and required documentation. Guide new hires through the onboarding process, ensuring completion of all compliance paperwork. Coordinate start dates, equipment distribution, and training schedules. Track training completion and maintain onboarding records in HR systems. Support Day 1 logistics and ensure a seamless new hire experience.
Timekeeping & Attendance Management Monitor and validate attendance, PTO requests, and shift adherence. Review and correct time discrepancies using ADP and / or FlexApp. Maintain timekeeping accuracy for payroll processing and reporting.
Employee Relations & Performance Support Maintain accurate and confidential employee files and HR databases. Complete and track driver or staff scorecards and coaching sheets. Support employee engagement initiatives (e.g., birthdays, announcements, rewards). Assist with annual performance reviews and documentation. Help ensure compliance with company policies and DSP program requirements.
General HR & Administrative Support Assist with payroll processing and basic benefits administration (e.g., health insurance, childcare services). Support invoice and receipt tracking for HR / Finance coordination. Provide general administrative support to HR and Operations teams as needed.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). 12 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or operations; exposure to logistics or delivery operations is a plus. Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (near-native English accent preferred). Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite (Docs, Sheets, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of ADP, FlexApp, Fountain, or Smart Recruiter is a strong advantage (training may be provided). Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and flexible schedule (MondaySaturday / Sunday).
