Product Owner

Seeking experienced

• Product Owners
• to lead strategic initiatives focused on automation, data, and backend platform development. These roles are ideal for professionals with strong financial services backgrounds, technical exposure, and the ability to flex between strategic and tactical responsibilities.

Two major initiatives are planned for 2026, which are the basis for the two open Product Owner roles. These initiatives are still in the planning phase, and the Product Owners will be involved in early-stage strategy and scoping. One initiative involves at-scale automation, including intelligent automation platforms. Exposure to data, reporting, and AI-driven automation (e.g., chatbots, onboarding flows) is relevant. Candidates with experience in streamlining onboarding, capital markets, or compliance automation are a huge plus. While not the core focus, compliance experience is a plus, but these roles are more business-product focused.

• Key Responsibilities
• Own and drive product strategy for backend automation platforms
• Partner with business stakeholders to define and prioritize product features
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure alignment and delivery
• Facilitate planning sessions and roadmap development for 2026 initiatives
• Manage product backlog and ensure clarity of requirements
• Support intelligent automation and AI-driven initiatives (e.g., chatbots, onboarding flows)
• Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in Product Ownership or Product Management
• Proven career progression from analyst to product roles
• Strong financial services experience
• Exposure to APIs, Java, bots, and process automation
• Comfortable working in non-UI environments (API-based platforms)
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and business conversations

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Mill, SC.

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00 / hr.
