We're seeking an Assistant General Counsel to join our dynamic team in Jacksonville, Florida. This 100% onsite role (flexible after 90days) offers the chance to provide strategic legal guidance on high-stakes business matters, including corporate filings, mergers and acquisitions, financial transactions, and contract disputes. If you have experience and a passion for driving legal and business excellence, this might be the perfect fit for you! MUST have Manufacturing, Construction and / or Environmental Law Experience.
