About the company : It is building the one-stop shop for B2B prospecting. It is a direct subsidiary of Verkada and is excited to begin growing its team to further its mission.

Location : Compensation :

  • $150k - $240k + Equity

Years of Experience :

  • 2-6 years of experience as a founding growth engineer, growth hacker, generalist with strong technical and marketing abilities.

    • Roles and Responsibilities :

  • As the first marketing hire at our client, you will be the architect of our growth engine.
  • This role is for a builder, an experimenter, and a relentless optimizer who is ready to take ownership of our marketing from the ground up.
  • You will have the autonomy to identify, test, and scale the most effective acquisition channels, from paid and organic to community and partnerships.
  • Your primary focus will be on driving user growth and revenue.
  • You will also be responsible for the full scope of marketing, including our brand presence and the company's marketing website.
  • This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will work directly with the founding team to shape the future of our client.

    • What we're looking for :

  • Our client is looking for a Growth Marketer who can demonstrate success in different roles.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience building and executing growth strategies from scratch.
  • A background in fields like quant, trading, or banking is a strong plus.
  • Candidates should have some coding experience.
  • They should not be afraid of using technology to achieve results.
