Lead Civil Project Manager

Title : Lead Civil Project Manager Location : Raleigh, NC Duration : Direct Hire / Permanent Pay : $100,000 - $150,000 + discretionary bonus Ready to take the lead on high-impact residential and commercial land development projects? We’re looking for an experienced Civil Project Manager to guide design teams, manage complex site plans, and deliver quality results from concept through construction. What You’ll Do : Lead and mentor a team producing detailed site plans, grading, drainage, and utility designs. Oversee project schedules, budgets, and client coordination. Review survey data and site conditions to inform design and permitting. Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and permit packages. Ensure quality and accuracy using AutoCAD Civil 3D and related tools. What You Bring : Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and active PE license. 10+ years of experience in residential land development.
