Bill Fry the Plumbing Guy is searching for a full-time Plumbing Dispatcher to join our customer service team in Lee's Summit, MO. In this dispatching role, you will play a key part in keeping our daily operations running smoothly while supporting both our technicians and our customers.

GREAT PAY

We're offering this customer service position hourly pay of $18 - $25 per hour , depending on experience.

YOUR NEW ROLE AS A PLUMBING DISPATCHER

This is a full-time customer service position. You will work Monday through Friday from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM.

As a Plumbing Dispatcher, your day will be focused on ensuring that daily sales targets are met by maximizing job potential and capacity. You will schedule the correct technician to the correct job, making sure that our customers receive the right expertise for their service needs. Throughout the day, you will communicate regularly with both customers and technicians, keeping schedules updated, addressing changes, and ensuring that everything runs as smoothly as possible.
