Senior Business System Analyst

Job Description

• 7+ years of combined experience in Business Analysis and Quality Assurance.
• Strong domain knowledge in healthcare : payer, provider, EHR / EMR systems, claims processing, eligibility, enrollment, etc.
• Familiarity with healthcare standards : HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, CPT, X12 EDI.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in tools like ADO, FACETS, EDGE, MS Visio, and any automation tool.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
