Position Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of new customer relationships as well as retain and nurture established customer partnerships. Maximize revenue and market share growth through new and used equipment sales of Construction and Road Building Equipment in an assigned area or by account.   If you are a self-motivated, outgoing individual looking for the opportunity to spread your wings and put your talents to work, 4Rivers Equipment is looking for you.

Working Conditions :   Works both in an indoor environment as well as customer remote locations.  May encounter hazards from electrical, mechanical and power equipment.  Exposure to extremes of weather.

Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality is vital.  Must attend work regularly and to arrive at work on time.  Failure to do so detrimentally affects team morale and productivity.

Compensation package includes base salary plus competitive commission structure.
