Responsibilities

• Verify inbound shipment labels to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Manage and coordinate outbound haulage activities arranged at the factory site.
• Communicate with clients regarding inbound shipments, providing timely updates and promptly escalating any issues to the team lead.
• Gather client requests and requirements, and share the information accurately and promptly with the internal team.
