What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide overall Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) support to the HR department, managers, and employeesMaintain and support the Workday system and other HR applications, including system documentation and report librariesCollaborate with internal and external partners to ensure high-quality execution of HR projectsRespond to HR staff inquiries about HRIS issues and develop efficient solutionsCreate custom reports and maintain documentation of assigned system functions to support HR and business usersWhat is Required (Qualifications)
5+ years of Workday configuration experience, including Talent Management systems enhancement and supportKnowledge of HR issues such as employee relations, benefits, staffing, and complianceProficiency with MS Excel and PowerPointExcellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levelsBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experienceHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
