What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Provide overall Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) support to the HR department, managers, and employees
  • Maintain and support the Workday system and other HR applications, including system documentation and report libraries
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure high-quality execution of HR projects
  • Respond to HR staff inquiries about HRIS issues and develop efficient solutions
  • Create custom reports and maintain documentation of assigned system functions to support HR and business users
  • What is Required (Qualifications)

  • 5+ years of Workday configuration experience, including Talent Management systems enhancement and support
  • Knowledge of HR issues such as employee relations, benefits, staffing, and compliance
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
